Objective To explore the characteristics of biochemical indicators and tumor markers in different genders and ages. Methods The Roche COBAS 8000 automatic biochemical analyzer and immunoanalyzer were used to detect the biochemical indicators and tumor markers of 804 physical examination personnels and analyze the datas. Result ALT、AST、TBA、GGT、CR、UA、CK、CA125、CEA of male were higher than those of female. HDL andCA199 of female were higher than those of male. The abnormal results were mainly concentrated in HDL (38.18%), LDL (29.48%), TG (28.36%), GLU (12.60%) and GGT (12.60%). The abnormal rates of TBA, GGT, GLU, BUN, CR, UA, CK, TG and CEA of male were all significantly higher than those of female, and the abnormality rates of HDL, CA125 and CA199 of female were significantly higher than those of male. The men and women were divided into three groups according to age. In comparison between the ages of 39-49 and 50-55, male had significant differences in GLU, and female had the significant differences in ALT, AST, TBA, ALP, GGT, BUN, UA, CH, TG, LDL, CK, LDH, AFP and CA125. In comparison between the ages of 50-55 and ≥ 56, the significant differences indicators of male were ALT, GGT, GLU, BUN, CH, TG, HDL, LDL, LDH, CEA and CA199 , and the significant differences of female were AST, BUN, CK, LDH and CEA. With the increase of age, the level of male ALT, GGT, CH, AFP decreased gradually, while the levels of GLU, BUN, LDH, CEA and CA153 showed a gradual upward trend. The level of female CA125 showed a gradual decline, while the indexes of ALT, AST, TBA, ALP, GGT, GLU, BUN, CR, UA, CH, TG, CK and LDH showed a gradual upward trend. Conclusion The abnormality of glucose, blood lipid and liver function is the most common among the physical examination personnel, and it is more important for men to pay more attention to their glucose, kidney function and abnormal blood lipid metabolism. After age 56, men begin to show significant changes in their biochemical indicators and tumor markers, the significant differences of women happen at about 50 years old, and the significant differences indicators in the number are more than male.
